Capable of detecting and measuring a minute force at a μN (mgf) level with high sensitivity. Being lightweight and compact, this sensor is optimal for research and development and installation into equipment. Supports customization such as a change of the shape or the sensitivity.

- A low-noise amplifier common to a “micro force sensor” and a “high-rigidity sensor”
- Designed to be directly connected with the respective sensor head, and output a voltage signal proportional to the pressure.
- Up to two axes can be connected to the amplifier.
